Questions

Frequently asked by individual investors

If you are new to US real estate, you are not alone. These are some of the most common questions we walk through in your strategy session.

What is the minimum recommended investment amount?

Minimum allocations vary by opportunity, but many of the strategies we work with start around the equivalent of USD $250,000. In your consultation, we discuss what is appropriate for your situation, including diversification and liquidity needs.

What types of US properties do you focus on?

Most of our opportunities are in commercial real estate, such as office rentals and multifunctional or dual use facilities near growing communities. In select cases, we also consider niche residential assets where the risk–return profile is attractive and clear.

How risky are these investments?

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Real estate is exposed to factors such as local economic conditions, interest rates, tenant demand, and operational performance. Our role is to help you understand these risks, diversify sensibly, and avoid strategies that do not match your risk comfort.

How long is my money typically invested?

Most opportunities we work with target holding periods of 12 months. Some strategies prioritize earlier cash distributions, while others focus more heavily on value growth at exit. We cover expected timelines and potential exit paths before you commit to any deal.

What fees do you charge?

Fee structures depend on the specific opportunity and partners involved. Before you invest, you receive a clear breakdown of all fees, including any management, performance-based, or transaction-related costs, so you can make an informed decision.

Who is this approach best suited for?

Our services are designed for individuals who want exposure to US real estate without managing properties day to day. It is best suited for people with a medium- to long-term horizon, who can tolerate some volatility and illiquidity in pursuit of higher return potential.

What happens on the appointment call?

The call is a structured conversation about your goals and questions. We explain how our approach works, share examples, and discuss whether US real estate fits your broader plan. If there is a potential fit, we propose next steps; if not, we share guidance you can use elsewhere.

Do I have to decide anything on the first call?

No. The strategy session is for clarity, not pressure. You will have time to review any follow-up materials and think through your decision before committing capital.
